Madhya Pradesh police to fill 22,500 access-level posts in three years

The Madhya Pradesh government has announced that in the next three years to improve law and order, the state police force will fill 5,500 entrance posts and an officer said on Tuesday in the light of the upcoming Simhastha Kumbh Mela 228.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said on Monday that the Madhya Pradesh Police Recruitment Board would be prepared for the process of processing.

The employee selection board will recruit the approved posts in 2025, but from 2026 the police recruitment board will rent, he said during an event.

Yadav said that every year, 500 vacant posts will be filled and 5,500 police personnel will be recruited in three years.

He said that a joint meeting of home and finance departments will be held soon to speed up the modernization and recruitment process for all services related to the Home Department, and all pending cases will be resolved.


The Chief Minister announced the reservation of an additional space in various preferred categories in all graduating and level courses of the widows and martyrs of the police, jail and home-round departments. For VVIP’s duty, the Deputy Superintendent of Police and Senior Officers has been decided to give special allowance and risk allowance as per the qualification.

Yadav said that the facility of this facility will improve the work of the department and increase the morale of officers and employees.
