Pratibha Setu (Bridge for Commercial Resources and Talent Consolidation-Servant Retirement) provides verified employers including PSUs, autonomous organizations and private companies, according to TOI reports, according to TOI reports.

Registered employers with valid credentials can use the Setu Platform to access the candidate profile, which includes academic qualifications and contact details. This is one of the biggest successful uses of this first-type talent platform in the recruitment of ESIC.
